De Sering is situated at the theatre workspace De Sloot, a dynamic, creative working environment for artists and theatre professionals. Besides De Sering, TestTafel and the best coffee bar in town Subcult, De Sloot houses offices and workspaces for theatre companies and individual makers. There are also two theatre halls, several rehearsal rooms, workshops, set design and costume studios and dance and boxing studio Dance Space Destiny. ​
