the land: Pop-Up

in celebration of our favorite summer fruit, we want to highlight the multiplicitous tomato: salty, savory, sweet. each course centers the tomato in different forms and flavors. The tomato is fun and dinner will be too! all of the tomatoes for the dinner were started from seed in our bedroom in amsterdam and have since been growing on the land in the beemster. the land is a social and agricultural experiment in community engagement and agricultural practice on a pear orchard at the beemstergaard.

Drinks are purchased separately from the food and contribute to De Sering.  The dinner starts at 19:00, but you are welcome for a drink from 18:00 onwards.
