Join LateMode at De Sering for our one-off Mediterranean Diet Workshop, followed by an
authentic three-course Cilento dinner. We will explore the benefits of bringing mindful and
slow-cooking practices into our urban lives; from personal and community health to deepening
our connection to the environment that sustains us.
We are extremely lucky to be joined by Anna Nigro who runs Anna dei Sapori, an authentic
“Agriturismo” in Cilento Italy, where she serves crafted home-cooked meals straight from her
farm to thousands of customers every year.
20 years ago, Anna helped establish the Cilento region of Southern Italy as the first Bio-District
in the world. Today there are more than 1300 Bio-Districts all around the world and Anna dei
Sapori has become a model for others wishing to build a more harmonious relationship with the
land that sustains us.
