We, parfois, are a group of chefs and natural wine professionals that pair purposeful food and rebellious wine to show our guests that food and beverage may be intentional, delicious, and beyond our existing expectations. Some of us say it's aesthetics, some say politics, others say it is simply for fun, but regardless of the reason; we collaborate with spaces, such as test tafel, to be able to bring these ideas to plates and glasses. For this one-night dinner pop-up, we will bring products harvested ourselves from Franke’s farm and greenhouse in Hoofdorp, and plan to put together a 3 course menu to showcase what grows in the shadows of Amsterdam.

Drinks are purchased separately from the food and contribute to De Sering.  The dinner starts at 19:00, but you are welcome for a drink from 18:00 onwards.
