An open level -no experience required- boxing class for everyBODY that enjoys training in a safe, queer space where the fun of working out together goes hand in hand with personal attention for good boxing technique.

With a mixture of playful games, conditioning & strengthening exercises and a variety of boxing techniques this class is fun, challenging, open to everyone and makes this work-out a pleasurable activity.
