Allow the music to take you on a magical dance journey.
Alchemy of Movement provides a space to open your mind, making space for emotions to flow, and make room for new connections to grow.
Here we practice;
Stillness, Deepening, Connection and Expression through Ecstatic Dance and Live music.
We welcome those with open minds to join us for an immersive movement journey guided by immersive soundscapes. Let's collaborate in shaping an authentic dance together.

✺ WHO:
Ceremony: Reena Giasi - will guide you to connect (with yourself) through movements and flow.
DJ: Dave Achula - takes you on an inner journey through various landscapes.
LIVE MUSIC - Bart Heart Frequencies (@bart.heart.frequencies) is unique in his offering. As a sound healer he merges his musical harmonies with meditative and ancestral sounds. He creates his music by recording loops with multiple instruments to deliver ambient soundscapes that transport you to another world and take you on a journey within.

✺ GUIDELINES ECSTATIC DANCE:
Bring a yoga matt/blanket and sweater to lay on for sound journey
∘ no talking - the entire space is a non-speaking area.
∘ We come and stay free from alcohol/drugs or other stimulating.
∘ Phones/camera's or other distractions are not allowed until the end of the closing-circle.
∘ barefoot only
✺ PRACTICAL:
∘ Wear layers of comfortable clothes in which you can move freely, take into account that you will sweat and take care of good hygiene
∘ Leave your valuables at home as much as possible. We keep the dancefloor free from personal belongings so that we can literally leave the worries and distractions of everyday life outside the room,

This event is dedicated to supporting ethnic minority women from Myanmar, who are facing unique struggles in accessing and completing their education due to the instability and uncertainties in their home country. These resilient women aspire to attain higher education not only for personal growth but also to become catalysts for positive social change within their communities. 100% of the funds will go to We Women Foundation.
